From a lemonade stand in the suburbs of Chicago to a coffee shop out of his college dorm room to a multi-location craft beverage lounge, Ryan Vet has been intrigued by craft beverages since childhood. Ironically, Ryan didn’t have a sip of alcohol until he was twenty-one which allowed him uninterrupted time to explore the world of coffee, tea and craft soda. Upon coming of age, Ryan was enthralled with craft beer. He launched and exited a start-up in the craft brewery space and served on the board of a wellrecognized beer festival. Ultimately, Ryan wanted to expand his knowledge to wine and spirits and sought further education from both the Court of Master Sommeliers and the Wine and Spirit Education Trust to round out his love for craft beverages
